Over the last 8 months, I have transitioned to eating 80-90% carnivore. My diet includes at least 3 organic eggs daily, paired with avocado for healthy fats, and animal fats like beef tallow (which I also use on my skin as it helps heal it). I primarily eat red meat from grass-fed organic cows, organic butter from grass-fed cows, and high-quality Parmesan cheese.

For balance, I incorporate organic fruits such as pears, dried dates (which are healthy because they don’t spike blood sugar), berries, apples, mangoes, and clementines. I also aim to include vegetables daily, like bell peppers, sweet potatoes, cucumbers, and small amounts of leafy greens, alongside spices like turmeric, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and high-quality sea salt or Celtic salt.

However, finding good-quality beef is often difficult in supermarkets. That’s why I prefer sourcing meat from great local farms that treat their animals with care and respect. These farms should avoid separating calves from their mothers too early, refrain from unnecessary vaccinations, raise their cattle on grass (the natural diet for cows), and minimize grains, especially those sprayed with glyphosate, as it causes inflammation in both cows and humans. Grass-fed is the way!

It might take some effort, but if we collectively demand higher standards, farmers will have the incentive to raise better-quality food for everyone.
