
For over 50 years, the narrative has been clear: avoid grass-fed red meat, animal fats, eggs, and butter. But guess what? That narrative is outdated and wrong. The real villains aren’t these nutrient-dense, natural foods—they’re the ultra-processed “health” products filling supermarket shelves.
I have healed my gut and my health by shifting to a carnivore lifestyle:
I have been eating this:
- 3-4 organic eggs every morning + grass fed meat or sometimes organic meat
- Organic grass fed butter (I used to be allergic to butter but not this)
- Berries like blueberry and rasberries
- Sea salt on meat or in water
- Organic Mejoul dates
- Pumpkin seeds
- Filtered water
- Lemon water
- Beef Tallow
- Avocado
- A lof of supplements to heal from:
🌿 OMEGA-3 FATTY ACIDS
Great for brain function, heart health, and joint support. Omega-3 helps reduce inflammation, supports cognitive function, and promotes healthy skin.
🌞 VITAMIN D3
Supports the immune system, bone strength, and mood. Vitamin D3 helps the body absorb calcium and plays a key role in preventing deficiencies.
🧬 ZINC
Boosts the immune system, promotes wound healing, and supports hormone balance. Zinc is also essential for skin health and fertility.
🌱 CURCUMIN
Known for its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. Curcumin can help relieve joint pain, support brain health, and improve digestion.
🍵 QUERCETIN
A powerful antioxidant that supports the immune system and reduces inflammation. It may also help lower allergic reactions.
🌿 BROMELAIN
Enzymes from pineapple that aid digestion and reduce inflammation. Often used to relieve pain and swelling after injuries or surgery.
🌼 ECHINACEA
Supports the immune system and is often used to prevent or shorten the duration of colds and flu.
💧 MAGNESIUM
Essential for muscle function, the nervous system, and sleep quality. Magnesium also helps reduce stress and improves bone strength.
🥬 CHLOROPHYLL
Supports detoxification, enhances oxygenation of the blood, and improves digestion. Chlorophyll also has antibacterial properties and may help reduce bad breath.

Contrast that with the seed oils, preservatives, and chemicals in ultra-processed foods marketed as “healthy.” These are the real culprits causing inflammation, chronic illness, and declining health worldwide.
