Terms & Conditions

Booking:

Sessions are booked via our booking system. You will receive a confirmation via email with date, time, and any preparation materials.

Payment:

• Payment is made online via secure payment solutions
• Payment must be completed before the session
• All prices are in DKK or EUR incl. VAT (where applicable)

Cancellation from your side:

• More than 48 hours before: Full refund or rebooking
• 24-48 hours before: 50% refund or possibility for rebooking
• Less than 24 hours before: No refund
• In case of illness, individual arrangements can be made

Cancellation from our side:

If we need to cancel, you will receive a full refund or the opportunity to rebook for a new time.

For digital products and courses:

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the purchase date, unless you have accepted to download or access the material before the withdrawal period expires. By accepting access to digital content, you lose your right of withdrawal according to the Consumer Contract Act § 18, section 2, no. 1.

For services (sessions):

There is no right of withdrawal for services that have been delivered if you have requested that the service begins before the withdrawal period expires. By booking a session, you accept that the service is delivered immediately.

Future physical products (webshop):

If we later add a webshop with physical products, the following applies:

• 14 days right of withdrawal from receipt of goods
• Goods must be returned unused in original packaging
• You pay return shipping
• Full refund upon return according to terms
• Personally customized products are exempt from the right of withdrawal

For services:

If you are dissatisfied with a session, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to find a solution that suits both parties.

For future physical products:

You have a 2-year warranty period in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act. If an item is defective or not as described, you can demand replacement, repair, price reduction, or cancellation of the purchase.
